XTV-160 Radiography Basic Training (Inspect-X with Circuit Board Analysis and Programming)

Hands on introductory course using the XTV-160 X-Ray system for radiographic circuit board inspection. Participants will learn how to determine X-ray source/detector settings, acquire/process images, perform circuit board component analyses, and write programs.

Course Contents:

Inspect-X (Radiography): Basic system operation, X-ray source/detector controls, focus (spot size)/effective pixel size, manipulator maps, sample depth calculation, shade corrections, bad pixel maps, image processing, and measurements.

Inspect-X (Circuit Board Tools Analysis): BGA (size and count), BGA Void, Pad Array Void, Die Attach Package Void, Bond Wire, and PTH.

Inspect-X (Programming): Fiducials, flux calibrations, creating components/samples, adding actions, importing analysis settings, visual inspections/on-failure actions, and repeating components.
