Field Service Engineer (FSE) will be responsible for troubleshooting, calibrations, services, installations and repairs of measuring instrument products at company and customer locations. The FSE maintains documentation for each job carried out and ensuring the report or calibration data send to the service manager or coordinator when the job is complete. Provide assistance to the customer.


•Documents inspections, maintenance, repair work and submit paperwork in a daily basis
•Ensures that tools and test equipment are properly maintained and calibrated
•Installs, calibrate, repairs and maintains equipment in the field
•Be a technical expert on measuring instrument product, follow trainings, and provide trainings
•Provide technical support to customers
•Keep reliable customer relationship


•Field Service Engineer needs to work on his own, flexibility to change for unexpected things.
•He has to have a high level of problem solving skills and able to provide advice to others.


•Electrical Engineering or Electronics Diploma or equivalent experience
•Good math skills
•5 years’ experience in servicing and/or repairing high-tech equipment

•Knowledge of Spanish is a plus

Our service engineers need to follow the safety guidelines that customer provide when performing the service, it may be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE). Work in Cleanroom may be required.

Travel is required 60% or more of the year (95% of the travel is within the continental US, and 10% or more internationally or as needed).
