1. JOB PURPOSE :

This position is responsible for the creation and implementation of lead nurturing, generation and marketing programs. This role will work directly with customers, vendors, internal sales and business leaders to generate and maintain lead opportunities for each product line.

2. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Create and Develop Lead Nurturing /Generating Campaigns and Opportunities
     
• Create, design, and implement lead nurturing/generating campaigns; including by not limited to email campaigns, direct mailings, cold calling programs and other lead generating events.
• Write marketing copy that effectively communicates products and services to help generate lead opportunities.
• Develop prospective customers into leads through development and executing drip       marketing campaigns.
• Research existing and upcoming target markets to determine opportunities and create marketing campaigns to promote our products to these markets.
• Develop new lead opportunities through data mining.
• Effectively build and manage a lead generation pipeline

Maintain Data for Incoming Lead and Opportunities

• Monitor the Lead Distribution Hunt Group phone line; answer incoming phone calls and enter incoming lead inquiries into CRM.
• Administrate and coordinate customer product inquiries.
• Work closely with our Sales team to streamline the lead cycle and enhance our customer’s experience.
• Track Lead pipeline process and provide sales team with bi-weekly reports showing the status of their open leads.
• Assign leads generated through marketing activity to regional sales team.
• Update and maintain all leads and opportunities using Microsoft CRM.

Creation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports

• Creation of daily, weekly and monthly lead reports for marketing and sales departments.
• Produce statistical reports for sales, marketing and management departments showing lead trends, and sales opportunities.
• Collect and consolidate data for reports.
• Compile and distribute reports to assist in measuring sales objectives, ROI and current company promotions.
• Update and generate additional lead reports as needed.

Coordinate Webinars/Podcasts

Provide Tradeshow/Event Support

• Assist with event logistics including; arranging booth staffing, researching ROI from past shows, creation of post and pre-event e-mail blasts, ordering show services, booking of hotel arrangements, and other duties as needed.
• Occasionally attend shows to provide marketing and lead generation support to sales team and Marketing Communications Coordinator.
• Work with sales and marketing team to set up and tear down booth property for trade shows as needed.
• Enter, analyze, and distribute lead data upon conclusion of tradeshow.

Other Marketing Duties

• Assist Marketing Communications Coordinator and Marketing Manager with development of product launch campaigns.
• Enter Invoices and purchase orders into Navision for marketing vendors.
• Work with Corporate Marketing team to coordinate and create lead nurturing and marketing campaigns.
• Present status and update of marketing programs to management team.
• Other duties as assigned.

3. ANCILLARY RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will be responsible for all lead nurturing/generation activity for NMI. They will need to partner with all levels of sales personnel, management and marketing staff to ensure lead cycle times are being met. This position will help improve lead nurturing processes and develop new or improved processes and campaigns to increase efficiencies.

4.QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, P.R., Journalism, or Business Administration.
• Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Well-versed in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Highly motivated and disciplined self-starter.
• Experience in Salesforce or Microsoft CRM Platforms strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of web-based tools, GoToWebinar, e-mail programs and SEO.
• Strong telephone qualifying, prospecting and marketing skills.
• Customer service oriented
• Must be an independent, self-motivated individual capable of managing and effectively prioritizing multiple tasks.
• Results oriented: capable of bringing prospects to the next step in the qualification process.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, and deadlines.
• Demonstrates professionalism and innovation.
• Proactive: anticipates needs, problems, and opportunities.
• Ability to work effectively with management, sales, and various customers.
• Must be able to travel overnight on occasion, (estimated 3-4 times a year).


Desirable

• Minimum two (2) years of B2B prospecting
• Proven track record of building and managing a lead generation pipeline.
• Experience working with HTML
• Background working in a sales based environment

WORKING ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to travel approximately 15%;
• Ability to travel on weekends occasionally while working tradeshows 15%;
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and 15 pounds occasionally.
