In these turbulent times, we find it important to reach out to you as an important partner, to give a short update about Nikon’s related views & principles.
Committed to Safety
First and foremost, also in the light of the COVID-19 situation, for us, the health and safety of our customers and employees always comes first. While continuously monitoring the situation, Nikon Corporation and its group companies around the world will continue to take actions under the guidance of governments and health organizations in each country and region.
During these unique times, the Nikon Metrology employees are still working hard and we will continue to communicate with customers and other partners to help however possible. Nikon Metrology continues to be dedicated to providing the best quality service and support that can be expected, in this specific situation with a few adjustments to optimally secure the health and safety of both our employees and customers.
In Europe, following local government advice, the largest part of our workforce is currently working from home and can thus be most easily reached via e-mail or their usual mobile phone number. Our shipments of products and spare parts are still ongoing, but please do take into account that there might be slight delays with respect to the normal lead times. And last but not least, while adhering to the most recent travel-restrictions, we do our utmost to still give you our optimal service and support.
Like in the past weeks, also in the upcoming period Nikon Metrology will constantly review the situation and will respond appropriately if/when the circumstances change. We would like to thank you in advance for your understanding.
