A need for speed - fast production facilitates faster track performances
Roush Yates Engines achieves rapid and accurate non-contact inspection of NASCAR engine components. With minimal need for fixtures and reliable non-contact inspection, iNEXIV VMA-4540 and CMM-Manager ticks all the boxes.
Advantages of CMM-Manager software vs traditional digital readout
Many inspection facilities have spent years collecting the variety of microscopy equipment and vision systems that are used on a daily basis. Often, that means a number of machines function with different levels of technology, and with different capabilities. One way to increase efficiency for facilities like these is to unify all equipment with one user-friendly inspection software, like Nikon Metrology's CMM-Manager.

High voltage microfocus CT for inspection of dense & complex parts
CT is accurate and reliable for measuring internal and external dimensions simultaneously, without destroying the part. The insight it provides through the additional fourth dimension of material density makes it the must-have tool for quality and production departments. High voltage microfocus CT offers the same capabilities for measuring large parts and penetrating dense materials. It opens new CT applications for turbine blades, aluminium castings and many other sizable parts.
