Nikon Metrology has 10 offices and production sites in 2 countries.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Controller based in Leuven – Belgium.

The Controller is responsible for the timely and accurate consolidation, analysis and reporting of periodic budget and actual financial data. The controller additionally helps the finance team implementing and improving processes, reporting and tools.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Execute and support the overall Nikon Metrology budgeting process in accordance with the agreed KPI’s
  • Financial consolidation of the Nikon Metrology Group
  • Assess the performance versus budget KPI's by means of monthly variance analyses
  • Reporting on the Nikon Metrology Group towards internal management and Nikon Group
  • Support the development of financial processes, reporting and tools
  • Support ad-hoc requests from management

  

Ancillary Responsibilities

The Controller needs to be a team player with strong communication skills.

 

Qualifications

 Essential

  • Master degree in economics
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a controlling or audit environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Desirable

  • End-to-end understanding of the value chain of an organisation
  • Experience with process improvement and/or cost accounting
  • Understanding of IFRS accounting standards
  • Knowledge of ERP or reporting tools
