Focus Scan is the driver software for Metris scanner integrations on coordinate measurement machines.  The software fully controls the Metris laser scanner on the CMM and is tightly integrated with Focus Inspection and Focus Inspection Automation.

Focus Inspection brings feature and full part-to-CAD 3D inspection starting from point cloud data or meshes from CMM scanners (LC15, LC50, XC50 Cross Scanner), hand-based digitizers (ModelMaker scanners, K-Scan MMD) or Computer Tomography. 

Focus Automation enables the user to automate repetitive scanning and inspection tasks in Metris Scan and Focus Inspection. It also ties the scanning and inspection process together to form a fully automated process, from data collection including setting scanning parameters, up to the generation of the inspection report.

Focus Reverse Engineering provides next generation functionality and workflow enhancements for the design, evaluation, manufacturing and analysis of free-form parts and products.
