Currently, we are looking for an application engineer, to enforce our sales and service team for North-East Europe.   He/she will be based in the Nikon Metrology HQ in Leuven.

Tasks

  • Become an expert in laser scanning systems
  • Provide technical support in laser scanning systems to the pre-sales and after sales process
  • Perform demonstrations, execute technical benchmarks
  • Training and support to customers and resellers
  • Assistance to exhibitions
  • Hot line support
  • Customers are based in North-East Europe, but the focus will be in Benelux

Requirements

  • Master degree in technical engineering
  • Language : English, Dutch
  • Ability to read drawings and understand metrology
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel abroad
  • Spontaneous and open communicator
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and accurately
  • Sense of responsibility and initiative
  • Commercial feeling. Ability to understand customer’s requirements

A plus

  • Metrology experience
  • CAD/3D experience
  • Language: French, German
